Justin Bieber presents "Justice" his new creation. He comes after “Changes”, which won three nominations at the last 2020 Grammys.

Bieber unveiled in recent weeks some of the songs that will make up this album, especially "Holy" with Chance The Rapper. But he also showed the cuts of "Anyone", "Lonely" with Benny Blanco and, the most recent of them all, "Hold on".

"Justice" follows "Changes," which garnered three nominations at the last 2020 Grammys, including "Best Pop Vocal Album" and "Best Pop Solo Performance" for the song "Yummy." Which, by the way, did not convince his fans to the same extent as the specialized critics, who warmly received his turn towards r & b.

Also, although it reached number 1 on the official Billboard chart in the United States, its sales fell considerably in relation to its previous work “Purpose” (2015). In fact, despite being his first album in five years, when it was released on the market and with little competition, it garnered almost a third of units compared to its predecessor.

"Justice" is therefore presented as an opportunity for reparation for Bieber and, above all, as a decisive example of his return to musical activity after having overcome some of his most difficult years.

Trips and opportunities

The former child star acknowledged that in the past she abused drugs and that, "overcome" by "the job, responsibilities, emotions, family, finances and relationships", she struggled with depression and anxiety and the desire that "Not wanting to live anymore."

As if that were not enough, and given the rumors that his physical deterioration had aroused, earlier this year she announced that she had been diagnosed with Lyme disease, which is contracted by tick bites, as well as infectious mononucleosis, a condition viral.

“It has taken me years to recover from all those terrible decisions, recover broken relationships and change my relationship habits. Fortunately, I was blessed with extraordinary people who love me and now I am going through the best stage of my life ", recently celebrated the interpreter of" Sorry ", in direct allusion to his marriage in 2018 with the model Hailey Baldwin.

Recovered, in recent months, he has collaborated with fellow professionals such as his compatriot Shawn Mendes on the song "Monster" and last New Year's Eve he offered his first concert in three years in streaming format.

Throughout Bieber's career I have been one of his followers and even one of his defenders when on our Showbiz program we discussed a new incident involving him (remember the one at the neighbor's house that he allegedly threw eggs at?).

We know, for countless cases, that handling the issue of fame is not easy, much less when it comes in the middle of childhood. But that image of a naughty child or a rebellious boy was left behind. Quarantine and his married life, according to Billboard magazine, have allowed this 27-year-old Canadian artist to have already made peace with his past.

In the talk we had in Las Vegas, Bieber spoke to me precisely that his desire was for the public to grow with him and with his music. Today he is quite a composer who seems to be very connected with his emotional and spiritual side and for that reason, from catchy pop songs he has gone on to interpret themes with great feeling and even confessional, within a genre that fits precisely to this, the Rhythm & Blues.
